I've been preparing myself for this one during the 30-Day Minimalism Challenge. Yesterday by getting my priority list in order, meditating and even the process of unplugging. So I know we can do this together.
Whether this is a new habit we both need to form or tweaking an existing one, WE GOT THIS! *smile* I know I need to set time aside just for myself to get my day (and everyone else) in order. This is critical now that school is starting in a couple of days. I'm planning to carve out half an hour and work my way up to an hour a day each morning where I have some quality "me time" that will also help set the course for the hours that follow.
Day 6: Follow a morning ritual.
"Start your day with a relaxing and energizing morning ritual, instead of immediately checking your email or social media feeds. Meditate, write, do yoga or read a book."
